Please do not listen whilst driving or handling machinery. This meditation is meant to support deep relaxation and generating a wealth and abundance mindset. Sitting or Laying down in a comfortable situation with your eyes closed is the best listening position. Using headphones or earphones/earbuds is also best for listening effects. Do whatever makes you comfortable and sets you up in the best reception for change.

Please listen at least once a day, preferably more, for 21 consecutive days whilst taking action visualizing the life you want. All you want is available to you. Your new beliefs will take you to your best self.
